PowerFirst · Internal strategy · August 2026
Energy first. Compute follows. Utah is the operational anchor; everything else is disciplined optionality mapped, scored and gated. Working management scores unless marked otherwise.
PowerFirst at the centre; functional clusters around it; geographies as outer satellites. Bubble size encodes working priority; ember halo = core, slate ring = opportunistic; dashed border = inferred/unverified evidence. Click a bubble to isolate its relationships and open the record. Arrowheads appear only in Value chain mode, where direction is real.
A regional grid is used deliberately: a world map at this opportunity count would be decoration, not information. Cell shade encodes the highest working priority score in the geography; the count and evidence mix are written out because colour is never the only signal.
Priority is a working management score out of 100 (fit 20 · relationship 15 · readiness 20 · near-term revenue 20 · capital fit 10 · repeatability 10 · simplicity 5). The evidence-status tag carries the strength of the underlying evidence — a high priority on an unverified lead is a lead, not a plan.
Click a column to sort; click a row for the full record including score components, sources, assumptions and risks.
The commercial and structuring agenda, not a task list. Owners are placeholders until named. Status: OVERDUE and BLOCKED items carry their own flag.
Organisations first; people only inside the internal drawer, never on the canvas. CRM group membership is never shown as a relationship — every connector carries an explicit role and status. Board view (default for print/export) hides all personal detail.
